Excellent customer service. Staff were supportive, warm, friendly and professional. food was lovely.

The location can be a challenge. As there are some people hanging around the vicinity which can come across as unsafe.

Internet fraud guys are many in the hotel ( yahooboys) they are like 15 around the hotel smoking of weed around the hotel premises.

Breakfast ok, but they have my choice- only bread, no yam.Location is fine.

The staffs & the disappointment I got the first night because they give my booked room out without informing me about it so I slept in another hotel for a night before I got my booked room a day after

The Reception was awesome, my Husband and I lodged here for 2 weeks total and I have to admit sometimes the Lobby was filled with Guests checking in and out, some were a tad loud, but we were greeted nicely each time we exited and re-entered the Hotel. Bathroom was clean and was kept clean by the Room Service Personnel

The parking was limited and some nights a little awkward to get into, but the security personnel worked miracles every night.

The room was clean, light was on 24hrs, the staff were nice and very helpful.

My first room AC stopped working after 3 hours and it affected my sleep time.

The staffers are ok, just wish the front desk officers will smile more frequently while dealing with clients. The Chef (Murphy) was exceptional, very down to earth, understanding and compassionate. My customized breakfast was superb. Mercy at the front desk was cool too. Everyone makes me feel at home with their friendly nature. And my room was home away from home, I love it the overall experience.

The presence of those young boys with sagging jeans makes me uncomfortable anytime I come across them in the hotel, which is all the time as they are always around. I'm sure they are harmless though.

The room is spacious, clean and smells great. It is also very accessible to the road.

They had no safe for valuables, and the breakfast was not good enough

The service was a disaster.The food there charge 2500 per plate for was nothing to write home about.Road side foods was way better than it.The complimentary breakfast was only served once even after i called them more than once.For the 3 nights i spent there.There only serve it me breakfast once.There didn't bring towel on time after cleaning the room one day.I have to call them twice and it took them over 3 hours to bring it.There was no soap or tooth brush in the bathroom.The service staffs seems not to be motivated.Maybe there are paid very low salary.Room service staff has very poor attitude.

The staff were very friendly and helpful and the food was good.

There was construction going on in the stairways and the elevator was not effective.The air conditioning needs improvement.

Good food. Relatively friendly staff. Quick service. good view from the room. Cold beer. Good pool side bar. Good lift though not working on some floors. On going renovation.

Parking lot. On going renovation works affected movements. Non functional second lift. Plumbing issues. No Wifi.

Actually the hotel is good that is why I decided to stay for 8 nights

The cleaning is not done on time , And secondly they dont inform the clients about their packages. For example I was entitled to a breakfast in the morning but was not informed as per my entry and also the time to call for it.

The reception harrased me for not paying for my accommodation. After some sort of embarrament, he later confirmed, saying it was an oversight.

Every thing. Building is falling to pieces, Staff dont exist that is not staff that was a bunch of incompetent people in every aspect. If you don't want to be poisoned don't eat in the restaurant. Ordered breakfast at 7.30am it still hasn't arrived, thank God I wasn't vulnerable. This hotel needs to be closed down, its hazardous environment bricks were broken everywhere the stairs was a construction site with no saftey for guests.Absolute disaster

Rat Infested Rooms, Technical Issues, Dangerous Staff member. Avoid!

Avoid this branch of Presken Hotel, if you want peace of mind or a pleasant stay.This hotel is staffed by unbothered staff members who are not shy of throwing threats at clients about hurting them outside, after being called out for not providing adequate customer service. A staff member named Kola, the front desk attendant, was very comfortable saying that he'll handle the matter of being called out for poor customer service differently if he was outside, threatening me with physical violence. This is after I complained of rats infestation in the room, no intercom connection in my 5th floor room so I had to go down a flight of stairs each time I needed to make a small request because, as you might have guessed, the elevators did not work on some floors. Reasons to Avoid:- The rooms are infested with rats (I have videos of live rats twisting and squeaking across the floor of the hotel room) - Technical issues with elevators and intercom.- Poorly trained staff. - A front desk attendant named Kola who threatens clients and acts like a hoodlum and tout.

I didn’t like that the kitchen staff didn’t want to come serve food probably cause we were on the 5th floor, we literally called and called nd eventually had to get food outside

24hrs light, nice are view, nice staff, spacious rooms, good tv channels.

I was not served breakfast, the intercom in my room was not working, no waste bin in the room, no bathroom rag, wifi not assessed.

Rooms appeared newly refurbished

Rooms appeared newly refurbished but the decor was poor, walls in the room were stained and looked dirty.Toilet couldn’t flush, took time to fix and I had to change room. To clean up during the work, a porter appeared with a very dirty mop that was dragged through the floor of the room to the toilet.I booked for executive room that was entitled for two adults but they said breakfast was for one adult only. The quality of the breakfast was poor and not worth it. They told me the items on the menu was finished and I had to do with only bread, no action was taken to replenish.

I particularly enjoyed staff’s commitment to high standard of service. They truly take pride in performing their respective duties. The room was always kept very clean by friendly honest, trustworthy cleaners, and room service was very efficient. You will always get your hot meal on time, with no 'cash change' issues. POS worked all the time. Generally, you are made to feel very important and well cared for. There is always a reassuring presence of security personnel on sight. Most importantly, the air-conditioning and WiFi worked very efficiently. I enjoyed every aspect of the place, ranging from the pool bar to the food. The customer care was exceptional and all facilities worked efficiently, with 24 hours non-interrupted power supply. The place maintains a consistent family friendly environment, which is ideal for business travellers, hence it is always quiet. Receptionists are trained to attend to customers with care. Security is always in place to safeguard the premises from any possible issues, as noisy and disruptive activities are not tolerated to be able to guarantee peace and harmony. Lastly the location is close to interesting areas in Lagos like Fela house and Shoprite. I will surely be visiting again.

Members of staff are efficient and dedicated to their duties with passion. However, it is a possible concern that these guys often put in well over 14hours of work per shift to be able to maintain high standards.
